CSI conducts telephone interviews to provide our clients with the lead management, customer satisfaction and market research information necessary to remain competitive. Since 1988, CSI programs have enabled our clients to meet the expectation of today’s demanding customer.
CSI is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives (days and evenings available,) conducting these telephone interviews. The ideal candidate will have a customer service background, strong professional etiquette, exhibit courteous behavior in "the face of danger" and enjoy talking on the phone and helping others.
