Is your program a one time thing? Or is it recurring?
The short answer... both. We offer both one-time programs and month-to-month programs. Our standard customer feedback campaigns (and most of our programs), are continuous, month-to-month programs.
Do you lock me into an annual contract?
Nope. Our client relationships are maintained on a month-to-month basis. Our clients can cancel at any time, for any reason, and won't be charged cancellation fees of any kind.
How much do you charge?
All of our clients have their own specific needs, and we're committed to adapting to them. We charge on a per customer basis, along with a one-time program setup fee. Rates are heavily dependent on volume, complexity, customization, etc.
How long does it take to get started?
Program onboarding times will depend on variables like complexity, customization, etc. For most businesses, our setup process is quick and seamless (and we do all the work). We've done setups in as little as 24 hours. Most new programs are fully set up within a week.
My business is different, will this work for me?
Yes. If your business has customers, a customer follow-up program will be valuable. We tailor our customer feedback campaigns to the specific needs of our clients because there is no 'one size fits all' program in our line of work.
It sounds like I already do what you do in house, would we work together?
Absolutely. Our programs are designed to be plugged in as 'done-for-you' systems, but many of our clients like to use our program in a collaborative capacity. We're willing to take on as much as possible, but are happy to collaborate with existing in-house systems.
